Technically, technocracy means the application of a studied scientific method by individuals who possess a great deal of technical skills. and leadership qualities, and scientific certificates, and technological knowledge with the aim of solving social problems facing citizens, To advance society, Increasing the level of well-being.

The term technocratic government is used today to describe a form of government, It is the government of competencies or techniques that have recently emerged as a result of technical progress. A technocratic government is a non-partisan government. And its members as well, It is a government specialized in industrial, commercial and economic matters only. It is concerned with employing competencies based on technological knowledge, Regardless of any political affiliations, or religious, Or ethnic.
Who is the technocratic man?
The technocrat is a statesman who has decision-making power. He holds an important position without being elected. He is an expert in his field of work. The government assigned him to perform certain tasks during a temporary period without him having any future ambitions to permanently occupy the position or other positions. He uses his ability and scientific and practical experience to clarify a plan. Then work to make it successful. Examples of technocrats in the country include: Minister of Finance, Minister of Health, Minister of Agriculture, In other words, this man has control over power through rational legitimacy.
