The “Democracy Lab Initiative”
is an initiative organized by NextStep with the support of Dar as part of the Wathiqoon program.
The initiative aims to contribute to enhancing community readiness for democratic transition in the Hasakah region in northeastern Syria.
The activities varied between raising awareness about democracy, dialogue management and journalism for two groups of youth in northeastern Syria, and implemented awareness sessions and helped produce 12 media materials, in addition to wall paintings.
